3P Processing is looking for an experienced Line Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate chemical processing lines, safely move customer parts through the production process, and help ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and on-time delivery. What You'll Do
- Operate aerospace chemical processing lines using overhead cranes.
- Monitor process tanks, temperatures, rinse procedures, and operating parameters.
- Perform advanced Line Operator duties while assisting with Level I and II responsibilities as needed.
- Work alongside the laboratory to maintain proper chemical concentrations.
- Read and follow production routers, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Assemble or modify racks to properly support customer parts during processing.
- Inspect work to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support production schedules while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating overhead cranes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed to support customer demand.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and chemicals while following all required safety procedures.
