individuals seeking substance abuse and behavioral health treatment. This position requires a strong understanding of addiction treatment admissions and a commitment to providing

Answer inbound calls, chats, and form submissions from potential clients, their loved ones, and referring professionals.

Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through admission, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for clients.

Provide accurate information about addiction, recovery, and treatment options to potential clients and their families.

Complete thorough preassessments with potential clients.

Assess treatment eligibility based on admission criteria, insurance policies, and collaboration with clinical staff.

Discuss patient financial responsibilities and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

Utilize Zoho CRM, CallTrackingMetrics, and Quick Admit to track inquiries, manage client data, and support the admissions workflow.

Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in full compliance with HIPAA
regulations.

This position requires availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as part of the
admissions coverage schedule.

Required: Minimum of 2 years of working knowledge with addiction treatment and
12-step groups.

Required: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Preferred: Addiction treatment admissions experience.

Preferred: Call center experience.

Preferred: CRM experience.

Preferred: Experience with Kipu EMR.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle highstress situations with professionalism and empathy.

This is an hourly position with a performance-based bonus structure. The total compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
