What You'll Do
- Complete Snooze University and earn your Sleep Coach Certification
- Deliver exceptional, personalized in-store experiences using a proprietary wellness-based sales process
- Communicate with care, empathy, and respect for each customer’s journey
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and positive brand representation
- Actively listen to client needs and educate them on our wellness solutions
- Support clients before, during, and after the sale—including follow-ups, delivery checks, and solutions
- Collaborate with teammates, celebrate wins, and contribute to a customer-first culture
- Maintain awareness of competitors and industry trends
- Leverage social media to enhance customer engagement and drive business
- Be open to feedback and professional development

Education & Experience
We welcome all backgrounds—GED to MBA. We care more about who you’re becoming than where you’ve been. That said, experience in commission-based sales (1+ years preferred), especially in mattresses or furniture, is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $40,000–$80,000/year

- 5 working days with 2 days off per week
- Holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
- In-person work at our showroom in McAllen, Texas

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in commission-based retail sales (mattress/furniture sales ideal)
