Position: Inventory Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $19.00/hr
Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri
Location: Frankfort, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Inventory Data Entry Clerk to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Enter inventory data accurately into the inventory management system (XA software experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
- Print inventory reports and documentation as needed.
- Verify inventory counts, descriptions, and totals for accuracy.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the project.
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to keep inventory records current.
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry experience required.
- Prior inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable counting and verifying large quantities of inventory.
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
