Your Key Responsibilities
- Nurture & Engage: Create a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment for infants and young toddlers.
- Educate: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that boost cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Manage & Routine: Maintain daily classroom schedules, structures, and a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
- Track Progress: Observe, document, and celebrate children's developmental milestones.
- Partner with Families: Communicate effectively and warmly with parents regarding their child’s daily activities and growth.
- Safety First: Maintain strict compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations.
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: Completion of the Florida 45-Hour DCF Child Care Training is mandatory.
- Language: Professional English proficiency.
- Skills: Strong communication, reliable work ethic, and excellent classroom management.
- 1+ years of experience in a childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus, But Not Required):
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or higher degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification.
