A Real First Step Into Restaurant Leadership (With Growth, Exposure & Earning Potential)
In A Pickle Restaurant is an award-winning, nationally recognized brunch and now dinner destination—and we’re in a major growth phase.
With a newly granted All Alcohol License, expanded outdoor dining, and a rapidly growing dinner and bar program, we’re looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager who wants to step confidently into leadership, learn real management skills, and grow with a brand that’s gaining serious attention.
We’ve been featured on Food Network (Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives), Travel Channel, Cooking Channel, Phantom Gourmet, Chronicle, and more. Now, we’re building the next chapter—and this role puts you right in the middle of it.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a desk-bound manager position.
This is a hands-on, high-impact floor leadership role designed for someone who:
- Wants their first true management opportunity, or
- Is early in their management career and wants real responsibility, mentorship, and upward mobility
You’ll learn how a successful, high-volume restaurant actually runs—from service flow and staff leadership to guest experience and brand building.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Floor Manager, you’ll be a visible leader on the floor and a key part of daily operations, including:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating front-of-house staff
- Running smooth, efficient shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Managing guest experience, service recovery, and conflict resolution
- Upholding company standards, policies, and culture
- Assisting with labor awareness and operational efficiency
- Supporting and helping shape our growing dinner and bar programs
- Collaborating with ownership and senior leadership on new initiatives
Bonus Opportunity: Personality & Social Media Exposure
We’re actively expanding into social media and personality-driven marketing—and for the right person, this role can include:
- Appearing in social media content
- Being part of promotional campaigns
- Learning brand-building and marketing from the inside
This is optional, but a unique perk for someone interested in visibility, content, or long-term brand growth.
Added Earning Potential
In addition to your management pay:
- You may pick up serving or bartending shifts if you’d like
- This allows for significantly increased weekly earnings beyond base pay
Not required—but available if you want it.
