Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Directing team members and fostering "Tropitude" on every shift.
- Operations: Opening or closing the cafe securely.

- Inventory: Counting stock and tracking waste.

Required Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Reliability: Punctual for variable shifts, including early mornings or late evenings
