What We Seek
TWW Enterprises is seeking reliable, dependable, and observant individuals to join our team as Site Caretakers at the Gainesville Job Corps Center in Gainesville, Florida. This is a hands-on, field-based role at a 47-acre federal government facility operated on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps. You will conduct vehicle patrols, inspect buildings and grounds, document site conditions, maintain visitor logs, and submit daily shift reports. We want individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and communicate clearly. Full training on all facility procedures and reporting requirements will be provided. Functional Responsibilities
The Site Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and overall condition of the facility and grounds throughout the assigned shift. Additionally, this position will:
- Drive routine rounds of the premises to visually inspect all buildings, structures, and grounds.
- Identify and promptly report maintenance issues, hazards, or facility concerns to supervisors.
- Remove debris such as fallen branches and litter from walkways and grounds during patrol.
- Maintain an accurate visitor log, recording all entries and exits throughout the shift.
- Take date-stamped photographs during inspection rounds to support weekly property condition reports.
- Compile and submit a daily shift report summarizing all facility observations at the close of each shift.
- Complete a daily work log documenting shift activities, rounds completed, and all notable observations.
- Complete a daily incident report each shift, including written confirmation when no incidents occurred.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with supervisors regarding any incidents, damages, or irregularities.
- Adhere to all federal facility security protocols and site-specific operating procedures.
- Support day-to-day site operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued ID or valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- No current criminal charges or outstanding warrants.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and meet federal facility access requirements.
- Basic proficiency with a smartphone or camera for photo documentation.
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow a structured patrol schedule.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform light lifting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, facilities monitoring, property management, or a related field.
- Experience working at a federal, state, or government-operated facility.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with incident reporting, daily log documentation, or formal reporting procedures.
- Experience operating a vehicle on patrol or in a monitoring capacity.

- Thoughtful communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with supervisors and visitors.
Compensation and Benefits
- $16.00 - $18.00/hour depending on experience.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
