Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care during washing processes to prevent damage
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Skills
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with car wash operations
- Knowledge of custodial or janitorial procedures to maintain a clean workspace
