Next Horizon is seeking a AT&T Sales Associate to join our AT&T Fiber campaign. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to gain valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll learn how to build customer relationships, identify needs, and present solutions that help customers make informed decisions. No previous sales experience is required, we provide the training and support needed for success.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate
- Engage with customers to promote AT&T Fiber services and explain available products and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend internet solutions that best fit their household or business requirements.
- Guide customers through the enrollment, account setup, and activation process while delivering excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up support.
- Accurately track customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
