Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in various settings. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by providing personal care, companionship and support with daily activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Provide patient care and support for individuals with varying needs, including those with Alzheimer's or Dementia
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition
Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping task, laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the clients
Qualifications:
Possess a valid California ID/Driver's License and auto insurance
Must pass background check and reliable transportation
Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable
Ability to perform household tasks and meal preparation efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and families
Experience in caregiving is a plus, but not requiired
Patience, empathy and genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in tjhis role
