Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Social Media & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Create content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Make and edit short-form videos using apps like CapCut, InShot, etc.
- Be comfortable with being on camera and Live Streaming
- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide customers with accurate and relevant information about products, services, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings to provide effective support and solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems, including the use of Google Sheets.
- Create invoices for purchase orders and ensure they are processed accurately.
- Create quotes for customers and ensure they meet company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a call center or similar customer service environment.
- Experience in warehouse or e-commerce customer service.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
