Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to foster a motivated, skilled, and cohesive team
- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Coordinate educational programs and training initiatives to support ongoing staff development and maintain clinical excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways and operational workflows
- Drive quality improvement projects, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions
Skills
- Experience in long-term care setting with a solid understanding of clinical systems and CMS regulations
- Strong management skills with experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on mentorship, conflict resolution, and organizational development
- Excellent teaching abilities with experience in curriculum development or faculty mentorship
- Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and foster collaborative relationships
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
