Assistant Toddler Teacher (Full-Time) – Join a High-Quality Early Learning Program
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Toddler Teacher to assist in the guidance of a small classroom of 12 toddlers in a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment.
We are a high-quality early learning center with a strong focus on education, relationships, and tradition. Our toddler program emphasizes independence, early learning, and positive social development.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist a lead teacher in carrying out lesson plans for a classroom of 12 children ages 18 months to 3 years creating a calm, consistent, and engaging daily routine
- Actively play with and guide children in their discovery of toys and materials.
- Support children in developing self-help skills, including potty training, handwashing, and independence
- Model and teach positive social skills, communication, and friendly manners
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families regarding their child’s progress and daily experiences
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and cohesive center environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and ability to pass a complete background check
- Experience working with young children and/or experience in a nurturing/caregiving position.
- Strong understanding of toddler development and classroom management
- Confidence in guiding potty training and self-help skill development
- Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
