Kennsington Hospitality is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team at two unique Canfield venues — Kennsington Grille and Waypoint 4180.
This position provides the opportunity to work regular restaurant shifts at Kennsington Grille while also picking up additional shifts at Waypoint 4180 during weddings, private parties, corporate events, and other special events.

Our Venues
Kennsington Grille is an American fare Bar & Grille located on the beautiful Kennsington Golf Course. Our restaurant features indoor dining, an enclosed veranda, and an outdoor patio, all offering scenic views of the golf course.
Waypoint 4180 is the Mahoning Valley's newest and largest special event venue, located on the Kennsington Golf Course grounds adjacent to the Courtyard by Marriott. We host weddings, corporate events, private parties, celebrations, and other special events throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Prepare tables and service areas while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
- Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests receive the correct orders.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and event staff.
- Maintain clean and properly stocked service stations.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for special events at Waypoint 4180.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
