The Volunteer Supervisor/Case Manager provides professional staff support to CASA volunteers on cases of abuse and neglect in Natrona County. This position is responsible for supervision, case management, training and coordination of assigned volunteers to ensure the children receive quality advocacy in their cases.
This includes:
- Organizing and maintaining case records, collecting and maintaining data from the volunteers and court regarding case updates.
- Notifying volunteers of upcoming court hearings and meetings, working with volunteers to write court reports, address any issues within their cases or working with other professionals, attending court hearings and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain statistical data for database records and grant information.
- Prepare and collect timesheets for volunteers and provide quality staff support to volunteers.
- Provide office and phone coverage as needed and other duties as assigned by Program Manager or Executive Director.
- Also included in job duties of Volunteer Supervisor/Case Manager are fundraising, community outreach, and some after hours commitments.
Requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field and pay is dependent on education and experience.
