Job Summary
We are seeking for a billingual ,energetic and visionary Director of Preschool to lead our early childhood education program with passion and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of a dynamic preschool curriculum, foster a nurturing environment that promotes childhood development, and ensure compliance with educational regulations. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team of educators, support staff, and administrators to deliver exceptional learning experiences for young children. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of preschool curriculum aligned with best practices in early childhood education and developmental milestones.
- Supervise and mentor preschool staff, including teachers and support personnel, fostering professional growth through ongoing training and evaluation.
- Oversee daily school operations, including staffing, scheduling, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and increase enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, including special education laws.
- Facilitate faculty evaluations, professional development workshops, and instructional leadership initiatives to uphold high standards of teaching excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership within preschool or early childhood education settings.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and childhood development principles.
- Extensive knowledge of educational compliance, legal requirements in education administration, and special education law.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with a focus on financial planning and resource management.
- Experience supervising school staff, facilitating professional development, and conducting faculty evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with K-12 school experience or early childhood education programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere for children and staff alike.

Pay: $48,596.19 - $58,524.45 per year
