Blue Mesa Homes is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an In-Person Sales Associate. This role is designed for someone whose years in residential construction have cultivated both technical understanding and quiet confidence—someone who knows how a home comes together and how to guide buyers through that process with clarity and care.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual with 10+ years of residential construction experience. Ideal backgrounds include Residential Superintendent, Project Manager, or Inspector, as well as hands-on home builders. Your experience will serve as the steady foundation that allows buyers to feel informed, reassured, and confident in their decision.
Role Overview
You will meet with prospective buyers in person at our job sites after they have been pre-qualified and initially engaged by our remote lead sales representative. Homes may be at any stage of construction, from framing to near completion.
During these meetings, you will:
- Walk buyers through the home and explain its current stage of construction
- Clearly describe our building process, standards, and quality controls
- Point out key features, materials, and long-term value of the home
- Answer detailed questions that require seasoned, real-world experience
- Help guide buyers toward an informed and confident purchase decision
Your presence on site brings reassurance that cannot be replicated remotely.
Requirements
- 10+ years of residential construction experience
(Residential Superintendent, Project Manager, Inspector, or home builder)
- Strong working knowledge of the homebuilding process and inspections
- Ability to communicate clearly with first-time homebuyers
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in Mineral Wells and Decatur
- Professional demeanor and steady, reassuring communication style
- Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
Compensation
- Commission-only position
- $1,000 per home sold, paid at closing
