Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a part-time opportunity for approximately 12 hours/week. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered based on facility needs.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation

Complete MDS assessments and care plans

Monitor weights and nutrition risk

Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings

Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits

Complete onsite visits during weekday business hours
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required

Active state licensure or certification, as applicable

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred but not required
