Rebuild Coordinator / Sales Representative
Woodlands Water Restoration | Full-Time | $50,000 Base + Bonuses
Woodlands Water Restoration is looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Rebuild Coordinator / Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with residential remodeling sales experience who understands the construction process, can confidently meet with homeowners, and knows how to turn opportunities into successful rebuild projects.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess rebuild needs and discuss project options.
- Manage rebuild opportunities from initial consultation through contract and project handoff.
- Prepare accurate scopes and estimates using Xactimate.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance representatives, adjusters, vendors, and production teams.
- Review project scopes, identify additional work, and coordinate supplements when needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional communication throughout the sales process.
- Maintain detailed and organized project files and follow up consistently on open opportunities.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to construction.
- Help customers navigate selections, project expectations, timelines, and next steps.
- Follow up on company-provided leads and actively convert opportunities into signed rebuild projects.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of residential remodeling sales experience
- Must have Xactimate writing experience
- Experience selling residential construction or remodeling projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction and repair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations
- Professional, confident, and personable personality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
