Bohr Custom Curbing is looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our growing team. We specialize in decorative landscape curbing and outdoor landscape projects, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working outside, takes pride in physical work, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
If you have experience in landscaping, construction, farming, excavation, concrete work, or other outdoor labor, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Every day is different and may include:
- Installing decorative concrete landscape curbing
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Moving and spreading mulch, dirt, and decorative rock
- Digging, grading, and site preparation
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating shovels, wheelbarrows, and hand tools
- Mowing and trimming grass as needed
- Operating skid loaders, mini excavators, tractors, or other landscape equipment (experience preferred)
- General landscape installation and property maintenance
- Working efficiently with a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, construction, nursery, farming, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Equipment operation experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in hot temperatures and all types of weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to do whatever the job requires
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and doesn't mind physical work. This is not a desk job—you'll spend your days outdoors building beautiful landscapes, installing custom curbing, planting trees and shrubs, moving materials, and helping create projects our customers love.
The ideal candidate shows up on time, works hard, takes initiative, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Experience is valuable, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
