We are an established, rapidly growing accounting firm in downtown Naples looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who is highly skilled in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation—and who takes pride in getting the details right the first time.
This is not a churn and burn environment. We’ve built systems, processes, a client base and expectations that allows good accountants to do great work.

Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Highly Skilled in preparing financial statements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
- Experience working at a CPA firm preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Tax Software
- Knowledge about construction, hospitality and/or healthcare industry a big plus
Primary Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle bookkeeping for a defined group of clients
- Prepare accurate, timely, monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Assist with account reconciliation, payroll, account analysis and preparation of financial statements
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Works as required during tax season to meet federal and state deadlines
- Perform other related tasks as needed

- Strong understanding of basic accounting GAAP principles

- Highly proficient with spreadsheets, accounting software and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

CPA Incentive Program
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
