DESCRIPTION
The QIDP/Program Coordinator is responsible for the whole person using clinical case management. They provide person-centered support and oversight in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Leverage expertise in behavioral health, program coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals served.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A bachelor’s degree in human services is required. Recommended bachelor’s degrees include psychology, sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or therapy, social work, certified occupational therapist, and registered nurse ETC
- Possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
- Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- capable of proofreading printed and computer work
- Effective time management skills.
- Professional interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership skills.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking and sitting
- Regular reaching, grasping, and standing
- Other physical activities related to an office environment
- Operates general office equipment, including multi-line phone, fax machine, printer, copier, and personal computer
