As the contracted staffing firm with a ten-year contract at DFW International Airport, we are seeking a team of individuals for a full-time assignment as an AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS GUEST ASSISTANT.
PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY within 1 year that includes 5 weeks paid time off, retirement fund, college tuition reimbursement.
Interacts extensively with internal and external customers and works with team members to provide direction, information, and general assistance to airline passengers boarding airport buses on the Aircraft Operations Area. Delivers exceptional customer service/care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uses a two-way radio, telephone, or bus intercom system to communicate and receive information concerning AOA operations, both verbally and through text messaging.
- Directs and assists airline passengers on and off of DFW buses to ensure AOA safety.
- Assists passengers as needed with carry-on luggage.
- Assists team in boarding/deboarding and securing guests in wheelchairs.
- Locates and retrieves items left on buses.
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness of fleet vehicles.
Uniforms are provided.
