We are a fifty-eight year-old multinational large ticket equipment leasing company seeking a Senior Accountant whom is a self-starter, motivated, detail oriented professional to manage our financial operations.
Key responsibilities will include;
· Reconciling bank accounts and general ledgers.
· Preparing timely month-end and year-end closing reports.
· Prepare rolling forecasts.
· Handling timely tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
· Processing invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
· Ability to handle foreign consolidations and currency conversions.
· Directly interfacing with our outside independent auditors in preparing them for their timely review of our year-end tax filings, preparation of partner K-1’s and our year end independently audited financial statements.
This position will interface with our SVP Treasury and report directly to a Company Director whom is both an officer of the company and actively engaged in the day-to-day operation of the business.
· Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
· Experience: 1–5+ years in accounting, depending on seniority.
· Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks with a history of QuickBooks implementation a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Lease Crunch a plus.
· CPA or CMA not required but is a plus.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
· Strong written and interpersonal communication skills a must.

The company is a small family-owned business. Our offices are in Westwood, Massachusetts right off the main highway (Route 128) with ample free parking. We are an easy walk across the street from the MBTA Commuter Rail Route 128 (Providence/Stoughton Line) station and a short walk to the University Station project which includes Wegmans, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Rockland Trust Bank, Xfinity, ATT and others, as well as the Westwood Life Time gym.
The position is on site in our office four days a week Monday through Thursday. Work from home on Fridays.
Salary will be competitive and can be enhanced based on attributes and capabilities especially software and technical proficiency as well as communication skills.
Health, Dental and Vision insurance premiums are fully covered (Blue Cross Blue Sheild Mass). Employees are only responsible for their own/family deductibles.
Pay: $86,108.21 - $103,700.21 per year
