Very small commercial real estate investment and management office is seeking a part-time Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. We need a true expert in using Word and Excel, someone who can show us a better way of doing things. Attention to detail is important. You need to communicate well, you will be answering phones, and you should know how to write a business letter. You will be taking care of Accounts Payable and Payroll. You should have a car to be able to pick up the mail daily at the post office, and run the occasional errand. The schedule is flexible, working 20 to 25 hours per week. Being a notary public moves you to the front of the line, but it is not mandatory. You must be eligible to become a notary (the company will pay for the training and testing), and you will be required to pass a background check.
The office is very small and quiet. If you are looking for a busy environment with a lot of activity, then this is not the place for you. This is not a job that can be done remotely. Applications and resumes are accepted through this site only.
