Lead Service Technician – Handyman / Residential & Commercial Maintenance

ReZpro Home Services is looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Service Technician to perform residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and handyman work throughout the Tulsa area.
We are looking for a well-rounded technician and problem solver who can independently assess a job, determine what needs to be done, communicate professionally with the customer, and complete quality work from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has broad hands-on experience across multiple trades and is comfortable working in both homes and commercial facilities.
As ReZpro continues to grow, this position has the opportunity to develop into a Field Supervisor or Operations Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial repair and maintenance work
- Independently run assigned service calls and projects
- Diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Drywall repair, patching, texturing, and finishing
- Interior and exterior painting
- General carpentry, trim, doors, cabinets, and hardware
- Flooring repairs and installation
- Fixture installation and replacement
- Punch-list, make-ready, and property turnover work
- Commercial facility maintenance and repair
- Minor plumbing and electrical work within appropriate handyman scope
- Identify when licensed trades or subcontractors are required
- Determine required materials and communicate job needs to the office
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and commercial clients
- Identify scope changes and additional repair needs while on site
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and jobsite
- Document completed work and job progress
- Help establish workmanship standards and field best practices
- Assist with training future technicians as the company grows
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of handyman, remodeling, maintenance, construction, or residential/commercial service experience
- Strong skills in multiple areas such as drywall, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Ability to manage jobs from start to finish with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Professional appearance and customer-service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential and commercial repair work
Preferred:
- Commercial maintenance or facility repair experience
- Remodeling or renovation experience
- Experience working directly with property managers or commercial customers
- Experience mentoring or training other technicians
- Trade certifications or specialized construction experience
Compensation & Benefits
