Compensation
- Base Pay: $18.00 / hour
- Bonus Opportunities: Paid out weekly based on performance
- Average performers earn: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
- Top performers earn: $100,000+ annually
Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to assigned neighborhoods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings (when homeowners are home), and Saturdays.
- Comfortable walking 4–6 miles a day and standing for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus, but NOT required!
What You'll Do
- Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods to educate them on roofing services.
- Schedule free home inspections and generate qualified appointments for our senior sales team.
- Represent Storm Guard professionally and build trust within the community.
