Be You ABA (Hi5 ABA) is opening a new ABA clinic in Killeen, TX and is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to help lead and build our clinical program from the ground up.

In-clinic position located in Killeen, TX

Provide clinical oversight for ABA services and treatment programming

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Ensure services meet clinical quality standards and Tricare compliance requirements

Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff

Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
-
Foster a collaborative and supportive clinic culture

Help establish clinical procedures and operational workflows

Support clinic growth and manage caseload development

Maintain high standards of clinical quality and outcomes

Work closely with families and caregivers

Provide support to military families and the surrounding Killeen community

25 billable hours per week

Hourly employees must maintain a 2.5:1 billable-to-nonbillable ratio

Caseload expected to reach approximately 100 billable hours per month

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Eligible for Texas BCBA licensure

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
