Body Tech Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$17.00 to $18.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Repair vehicle body damage by fixing dents, replacing damaged panels, straightening frames, and restoring structural integrity after accidents.

Prepare surfaces and apply finishes by sanding, priming, and assisting with painting to match the vehicle’s original appearance.

Inspect and assess damage to determine repair methods, estimated time, and materials needed.

Use specialized tools and equipment such as welding tools, hydraulic jacks, and frame alignment machines.

Maintain safety and quality standards by following workplace guidelines and ensuring repairs meet industry and manufacturer specifications.
Body Tech Qualifications:
-
Technical training or experience in auto body repair, automotive technology, or a related field (vocational school or on-the-job training).

Knowledge of repair techniques and tools, including welding, frame straightening, sanding, and painting processes.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to accurately assess damage and restore vehicles to proper condition.

Physical ability and stamina to lift heavy parts, stand for long periods, and work with hands-on equipment.

Must have own tools
