Duties
- Perform skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and dermabrasion.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Upsell additional services and products that align with clients' needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, and beauty treatments.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Skills in sanitizing tools and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Ability to perform various beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
