Overview:
Vexon Marketing, a high-speed, execution-focused marketing and personal brand growth firm, is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients while representing Vexon’s core offerings and value proposition. This position emphasizes performance, accountability, and professional growth within a structured, scalable system.
Compensation:
- Commission Range: $1 – $1,000 per closed client
- Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses for high-volume sales, recurring contracts, and multi-service packages

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients within target verticals, including Personal Brands, E-commerce, Real Estate, Local Businesses, Fitness, and Hospitality.
- Execute professional outreach via social media, email, direct messaging, and affiliate channels.
- Clearly communicate Vexon’s value proposition: attention generation, inbound demand creation, and scalable system implementation.
- Establish trust and close contracts with new clients while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
- Document and manage leads, follow-ups, and closed sales using Vexon’s systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
