Hiring Range: $77,507 - $93,000
Workdays/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Devoted to providing management analysis and oversight, divisional budget and personnel management, program administration and oversight, risk management, and safety services. Incumbents serve as a designated subject matter expert, performing complex analysis, fiscal management, and/or program administration, which may include providing supervision to paraprofessional (non-exempt) employees, serving as a lead to professional staff, or managing cross-functional projects. Decision-making includes providing input into management objectives, establishing work goals and objectives of a unit to carry out management direction, and selecting the method to address a problem or issue, subject to the constraints established by management objectives and direction.
The Physical Security Program Manager is responsible for leading the City’s physical security program, including strategy, policy development, and capital project delivery. This role provides oversight of complex, high-visibility security initiatives and construction-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This position serves as a subject matter expert and leads the full lifecycle of security-related capital and operational projects, from planning and design through implementation and closeout.
- Experience with exacqVision video management software and LenelS2 NetBox access control system.

Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) certification.

Any Certification from the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).

Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
Work is routinely performed in an indoor office environment.
