78 FORGED is a Southern California-based electric dirt bike brand focused on building fun, approachable motorcycles for the next generation of riders. Our products are designed, assembled, and supported in-house, with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and customer experience.
As a fast-growing company, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help keep our warehouse, production, and fulfillment processes running smoothly.
Position Overview
The Operations Assistant will work directly with the Operations Director and assist with various operational tasks across warehouse, production, purchasing, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities
- Process customer, dealer, and internal orders
- Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping activities
- Assist with production documentation and assembly line paperwork
- Maintain and organize operational records and reports
- Purchase office supplies, warehouse consumables, and production materials
- Manage inventory levels of tools, packaging materials, and assembly line supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed
- Assist with warehouse and production scheduling activities
- Support daily operational projects assigned by the Operations Director
- Help identify and improve operational processes and workflows
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, warehouse coordination, or purchasing
- Experience with Shopify, ERP systems, inventory management, or fulfillment platforms is a plus
- Interest in outdoor recreation, powersports, motorcycles, or automotive industries is preferred

The ideal candidate enjoys keeping things organized, takes pride in doing things correctly, and is willing to take ownership of both small and large tasks. Industry experience is not required—we value attitude, work ethic, and the ability to learn more than prior powersports knowledge.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
