Hamlin Periodontics + Implant Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Treatment Coordinator who understands that treatment acceptance is about trust, education, communication, and follow-through.
This is not a traditional front desk position.
We are looking for a sales professional who can confidently guide patients through treatment recommendations, financial options, and scheduling while creating an exceptional patient experience.

ResponsibilitiesTreatment Presentation & Case Acceptance
- Review treatment plans with patients
- Explain procedures and benefits in clear, patient-friendly language
- Communicate urgency appropriately
- Help patients understand the consequences of delaying treatment
- Present financing and payment options
- Track and improve case acceptance metrics
Patient Follow-Up
- Maintain a structured follow-up system for unscheduled treatment
- Conduct phone, text, and email follow-up
- Manage treatment pending lists
- Coordinate pre-authorizations when appropriate
- Send educational and financial information to support patient decisions
Financial Coordination
- Review patient estimates and insurance benefits
- Present payment options including CareCredit, Cherry, and in-house solutions when available
- Collect deposits and secure financial arrangements
- Assist patients in overcoming financial barriers
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the doctor, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team
- Participate in morning huddles
- Report case acceptance metrics and treatment follow-up activity
- Support a culture of accountability, empathy, and service excellence
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing finances and handling objections
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
- Dental treatment coordinator experience
- Experience with implants, periodontal treatment, or specialty dentistry
- Knowledge of dental insurance
- Experience with CareCredit, Cherry, or patient financing
