✅ Assist with patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation
✅ Prepare patients and exam rooms for procedures
✅ Perform Neurology specific diagnostic tests as needed
✅ Handle prior authorizations, prescriptions, and medical records
✅ Support providers with neurological exams and procedures
✅ Provide excellent patient care and communication
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)
Experience in neurology or a specialty practice is a plus!
Knowledge of Athena EMR will be preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Compassionate and professional bedside manner
