Job Overview:
Elite Medical at Home is hiring and looking for dependable and competent nurses (RN or LPN) to provide 1:1 quality care to pediatric and adolescent patients in the home setting!
We have an immediate openings for a pediatric client located in the Arlington area.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in health status
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Skills:
CVL flushing, weekly CVL dressing changes, G tube medication administration, enteral feeding Ostomy/stoma care, G Tube to gravity , urinary straight cath , post op/ post transplant monitoring, home safety and infection control.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in VA
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
