Part-Time Videographer (Medical, Luxury & Social Media Content)

We're looking for a reliable, skilled videographer to join our team and help create high-quality content for high end medical practices, luxury brands, and high-profile clientele across Los Angeles.
This role is primarily filming-focused, but also includes content planning, trend research, marketing support, and assisting with content strategy.
Important Before Applying
This position involves filming live surgical procedures and medical treatments for marketing and educational content. Videographers will be required to film inside operating rooms (ORs) alongside board-certified plastic surgeons and medical providers.
Content may include cosmetic surgery procedures, incisions, blood, tissue exposure, and other real medical content. Candidates must be comfortable working in surgical environments and filming procedures for extended periods of time. This is a core responsibility of the role and not an occasional task.
This role also involves working with high-profile clientele, including luxury brands, celebrities, influencers, private patients, and medical professionals.
Due to the sensitive nature of the content and environments involved, all hired candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before participating in any client shoots.
Maintaining complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion is a non negotiable requirement of this position.
All camera equipment is provided by our company. We're looking for someone who already understands how to operate a professional mirrorless camera in full manual mode and can confidently produce high-quality footage using the equipment provided.

What You'll Be Doing
- Filming content on site with clients
- Capturing clean, stable, professional footage
- Getting multiple angles and b-roll for every shoot
- Shooting social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Filming before-and-afters, behind-the-scenes content, and educational videos
- Filming live medical treatments and surgical procedures for marketing purposes
- Researching trending content, viral formats, and social media trends
- Assisting with content ideation and marketing concepts
- Creating teleprompter scripts for clients to read on camera
- Helping develop video concepts based on current trends and client goals
- Following creative direction from our team
- Working efficiently during scheduled shoot days
- Occasionally filming company content, behind-the-scenes footage, team content, and internal marketing materials
Requirements
- Camera equipment is provided by our company. You must be confident operating a professional mirrorless camera in full manual mode, including adjusting shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance, focus, frame rates, and lenses based on different shooting environments.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive throughout Los Angeles.
- Must know how to shoot in 1080x1920 (vertical) and 1920x1080 (horizontal).
- Must have a strong eye for lighting, framing, camera movement, and composition.
- Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Must be comfortable working in medical offices, procedure rooms, and operating rooms.
- Must be comfortable filming surgeries and medical procedures that may include blood and graphic medical content.
- Must be comfortable researching content ideas and creating teleprompter scripts.
- Must be based in or near Los Angeles.
- Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience filming for medical, aesthetic, or luxury brands.
- Experience shooting for YouTube or social media content.
- Experience filming surgical or treatment-based content.
- Experience creating marketing content and social media strategies.
- Experience writing short-form video scripts.
