**Availability for Flexible Shifts:**
- Weekdays starting at 5:30 AM
- Weekends starting at 6:30 AM
- Closing up to 8:30 PM (seasonal 7:30 PM)
- Shifts are typically 5–7 hours (occasional longer shifts possible)
**Compensation & Growth Opportunities:**
**Entry-Level Associate Pay (Non-Exempt):**
- Training (2–4 weeks): $9.00/hr + cash tips
- Post-training: $9.00/hr base + performance bonuses + cash tips
- Average total take-home: $10–12/hr (varies by shift and busyness)
**Assistant Manager Growth Path (Salaried / Exempt):**
- After completing full Associate training and entering Assistant Manager training: $11/hr + performance bonus + cash tips
- After successfully completing the Assistant Manager training program:
**Salaried position at $35,600 per year + performance bonuses**
