In this role, you will be the creative force behind our clients’ beauty transformations, providing expert hair styling, coloring, and grooming services that leave a lasting impression. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair threading with precision and creativity.
- Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks while offering professional suggestions based on color theory and current trends.
- Assist with front desk duties including appointment booking, client check-in/out, and managing the salon’s overall store management tasks.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hairstyling techniques like barbering, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair coloring.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation standards.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques such as hair extensions or eyelash extensions.
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration.
