Family Physical Therapy in Roseville, CA is hiring a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist to manage an outpatient orthopedic caseload. This is a hands-on treatment role with a manageable caseload and dedicated one-on-one patient time. We're a tight-knit clinic with strong employee longevity, and we're growing — we just opened a second location in nearby Rocklin, which means real opportunities to grow with us.
Pay: $48–$58/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate new patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Document evaluations and daily/progress notes in a timely, compliant manner
- Communicate with referring physicians on patient progress and plan of care
- Supervise PTAs, aides, or techs as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active California PT license (or license eligibility with an exam date already scheduled)
- 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical fieldwork considered
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfort with EMR documentation
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
