HOTWORX Sales & Studio Associate
Location: Boynton Beach Compensation: $15/hour + Monthly Commission (see below) Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
About the Role
HOTWORX is an innovative infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts in a clean, energizing environment. We're looking for motivated, team-focused individuals to help us grow to 1,000 members in 2026 by driving membership sales, creating great member experiences, and maintaining a studio environment that sets us apart.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Growth
- Convert leads into members through in-studio tours, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Reach personal and team sales targets each month.
- Contribute to the studio’s net member gain goal by providing great service that keeps members coming back.
Outreach & Follow-Up Plan
Goal: Maintain consistent, balanced outreach to leads and members to accomplish growth and retention goals through phone calls, texts, and personal thank you notes.
Daily Outreach to Leads:
- Equal number of phone calls and texts sent daily Example: If contacting 20 leads per day → 10 phone calls, 10 texts.
- Track outreach in a simple log or CRM to ensure balance and follow-ups.
- New Member Follow-ups 30/60/90
- Weekly Thank you notes to new Members
Studio Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning of saunas, bathrooms, retail areas, and front desk to HOTWORX standards.
- Restock supplies, sanitize touchpoints regularly, and complete cleaning checklists without being asked.
- Ensure equipment is wiped down, saunas smell fresh, and the studio looks spotless before and after every shift.
- Immediately report any issues with equipment, plumbing, HVAC, or facility appearance.
- Retention & Member Experience
- Greet every guest and member by name when possible.
- Handle cancellations or freezes with professionalism and attempt to retain the member through conversation and options.
- Provide daily accountability for members who need encouragement.
5-Star Reputation & Social Media
- Ask happy members to leave reviews (goal: 10+ per month per studio).
- Record testimonials, promote challenges, and contribute content to help grow social media followers and engagement.
Compensation Structure
Hourly Pay:
Commission Bonus:
- Monthly 10+ Memberships sold $10.00 per commission
Monthly Performance Expectations
- New Member Sales: 20-40 per month (studio goal; individual goal scaled accordingly)
- Net Member Gain: 20+ per month after accounting for cancellations
- Retail Sales: $1,500+ per studio/month
- 5-Star Reviews: 10+ per studio/month (2–3 per team member)
- Social Media Growth: 100+ new followers per month and a 10%+ engagement rate
Qualifications
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and a clean, professional environment
- Friendly, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Comfortable selling and having goal-based conversations
- Available nights and weekends
- Previous customer service, front desk, or cleaning experience is a plus
