Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation.

Coordinate daily activities of room attendants and housekeeping staff.

Uphold Amrit’s luxury hospitality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Provide training, support, and feedback to team members.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance for efficient room readiness.

Prior experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.

Strong eye for detail and passion for cleanliness.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexible schedule – weekends and holidays may be required.
