$40 - $60 Hourly Dependent on experience

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a team of Technician’s with industry expertise to enhance the day-to-day management of Technicians’ performance.
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. Diagnose issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment, such as replacing filters, repairing valves, and servicing motors, belts, and bearings, in line with manufacturers’ specifications.
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to enhance the efficiency and performance of HVAC systems, ensuring peak operational standards.
- Learn and manage basic to intermediate HVAC control systems, including starting, stopping, monitoring, and adjusting system conditions as required.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and clear communication to clients, fostering trust and a long-term partnership with JSTHREE.
- Maintain precise records of all work performed, including detailed notes on tasks completed, time spent, and materials utilized. Utilize company-provided digital tools to update records efficiently.
- Adhere to outlined OSHA standards and company safety protocols, always ensuring a secure working environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Driving and Transportation Expertise
- Individuals must hold a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.
- Proven ability to operate a company-provided van, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
Technical Proficiency:
- Prior experience with appliance repair is highly advantageous, demonstrating versatility and a well-rounded technical skill set.
- A minimum of one year of welding experience is preferred, showcasing expertise in component fabrication and repair related to HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with digital systems for logging and tracking maintenance tasks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC system components.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, customers, and vendors.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute meaningfully to work environments.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Strong aptitude for diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently, applying attention to detail and critical thinking to deliver high-quality results.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Commercial HVAC Journeyman: 7 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Low Voltage License (Preferred)
- Electrical License (Preferred)
- Class 3 Boiler or higher (Preferred)
- ORACCA Braising Certification (Preferred)
Note: This position requires hands-on work in the field. The ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions is required. Along with being comfortable working on ladders and at heights to include Rooftops.
