Patient Care Coordinator - Medical Spa
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the spa
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients
- Assist with patient registration and update patient information in the system
- Collect and process payments for spa services
- Maintain a clean and organized spa
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment
