Industry leading Specialty Contractor seeking Experienced Field Foremen. Excellent wages offered, rates negotiable. Insulated Metal Panel experience preferred. 3 years field leadership experience required. Extensive out of town travel required.
Field Foreman Duties:
- Supervise the mobilization of workers, equipment, tools and materials required for an assigned job; as well as the activities, performance and conduct of all workers onsite.
- Maintain a current working knowledge about the technical requirements and skills necessary to successfully complete jobs.
- To constantly identify areas for worker job performance improvement.
- To coach and train crew workers in the areas of job skills improvement, better methods and techniques in order to continually improve their level of productivity and work quality.
- To perform Employee Performance Evaluations at the direction of Operations Manager.
- To be on the alert for opportunities to increase revenue by identifying additional work, needed by the customer, which can be profitability performed by the company.
- To ensure that all company materials and equipment are promptly returned, in good condition, from an assigned job when no longer needed.
- To approve and supervise work performed by sub-contractors.
- To be constantly alert to opportunities to control and reduce operating costs.
- To enforce safety rules and train of workers in sound safety practices.
- To resolve any disputes that may develop on the job.
- Notify the Operations Manager immediately of any problem of a serious nature, such as; an accident resulting in personal injury; serious damage to company or customer property; serious dispute involving employees, sub-contractors, customers or others.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President, Operations Manager or other authorized member of management.
- Attend Foremen and other company meetings when scheduled by the Operations Manager and or other authorized Management Personnel.
- To source and recommend qualified crew members.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
