Safely operate deep reach and stand-up reach trucks to load, unload, and stage pallets
Store and retrieve inventory in high-bay racking environments over 20 feet high
Pick and place orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) or pick sheets
Conduct daily pre-shift equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
Maintain clean aisles and strictly adhere to powered industrial truck safety standards
Assist with general warehouse tasks, including pallet wrapping, staging, and order prep
Minimum of 6 months of recent deep reach or reach truck operating experience required
Comfortable operating equipment in narrow aisles and elevated high-bay racking
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
Steel-toe work boots required on the warehouse floor
Strong attendance record and reliable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO
Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements
