We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Event Sales Assistants. This role offers hands-on experience, professional development, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and marketing. The Event Sales Assistant plays a key role in representing brands at promotional events, engaging with customers, and driving sales growth. This position combines customer interaction, product promotion, and event sales coordination in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and clientele to promote products and services
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information using company training and tools
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution
- Maintain a professional image and ensure compliance with company standards
- Support event goals including customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth
- Stay informed on all client products, services, and promotional offers
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Reliable transportation for local travel to our office and clientele locations within the Tampa area
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or events preferred - but not required
