Position Summary
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs for children with developmental delays and disabilities, primarily in home-based settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess functional abilities and areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with family goals.
- Provide direct PT services in home settings.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals for a holistic approach.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate and empower families with strategies to promote their child’s development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per company and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program).
- 1+ year experience in pediatric PT (preferred, but new grads with pediatric fieldwork considered).
- Strong understanding of child development and early intervention practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a difference.

- Contract
- $65.00 – $95.00 per hour
