Responsibilities
- Utilize dispatching systems such as Service Titan using GPS technologies.
- Communicate clearly with technicians, and clients via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Oversee data entry tasks related to construction and bookkeeping.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching using Service Titan.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to understand and preform basic data entry bookkeeping into QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally; strong phone etiquette is essential.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
